After a thorough laboratory analysis, our production team confirmed that all physical processes\u2014including roughing depth, priming, and pressing parameters\u2014were executing flawlessly. The root cause lay deeper, in the microscopic chemical properties of the raw material<\/b>:<\/p>\n

\u2757\ufe0f<\/span><\/span>Low Surface Energy:<\/b> The original PU material exhibited low surface energy after injection molding, preventing the adhesive from forming optimal molecular cross-linking with the substrate.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udd37<\/span><\/span>Micro-Repulsion:<\/b> Combined with the mold edge curvature of the forefoot and heel, this microscopic chemical repulsion resulted in localized “hollow bonding.”<\/p>\n

3. The Solution: Upgrading to Modified Chemically-Active PU<\/strong><\/h3>\n

To guarantee 100% premium quality rather than relying on a “barely passing” test report, we immediately partnered with our chemical material supplier to implement an upgrade:<\/p>\n
